Office administrator & PA to HEO (Former Employee) –  Southwark Street, Blackfriars London27 December 2017
The day usually starts with a staff briefing regarding the various responsibilities and task each individual member of staff is required to do or carry out. Although each person had a specific role, the roles sometimes had to be a collaborative venture so that the full results expected were achieved. This learning curve clearly illustrated the value of work preparation and collaboration
Pros
Good communication amongst staff and colleagues
Cons
Good time management

Correspondence Manager (Former Employee) –  Pimlico, London, Greater London1 September 2017
Temporary workers are expected to work in a very difficult environment with no training or support. Due to the current political situation, and public opinion around transport, this was a challenging situation to be working in, and morale in the department was low.
Pros
Compensated well, if due to administrative error rather than intention.
Cons
Morale, lack of training.

Commercial Manager (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London21 August 2017
This is an interesting place to work in if you are building a career in the transport sector (UK). Whilst the salary and benefits may be far from the best, the exposure to real decision making in the industry is very valuable. There is a lot of opportunity to get involved with different things and learn something new.

Really commercial people, some great hiring managers, if they could resolve the issues that surround the leadership of the Resourcing team, it would be a great place to work.
