Underpaid

This job was not what I expected when I started. You are underpaid for the amount of effort you put in and work for just over £7ph. The targets are very high. You also get zero training and are just thrown into the deep end and are expected to find your own answers. Managment care more about the company than your well being. You do not get any time - more ... back for the extra hours you work. Getting time off from work is a joke as the managers request time off first and give you what is left. One weekend off a month if your lucky. - less
ProsEveryone is friendly that I work with
ConsLong hours/ 30 minute lunch/high targets
