Great company to work for.
The hours are strange and inconsistent. The management is very keen to help and are very hard workers themselves. I have not only learned new skills but I have learnt a lot about myself also.
Pros
Good breaks
Cons
Strange shift work

TSYS rewards its staff
I'll be honest; I didn't know what a TSYS was when I went for my initial interview. I'm not even sure I do now. Whatever it is, it surprised me. During the Edenic five week training period I was made to feel welcome and secure before heading onto the floor. This is when the mixture of concepts, systems and scripting come towards an understanding of the role. Staff are usually encouraged to achieve a moderate target and then improve themselves by coaching others or assuming other roles. The job is representing a major financial institution's retail banking, mostly telephony. This gives staff the opportunity to hone customer service skills, become familiar with retail banking products, get to grips with a software, perform some complaint resolution and gain knowledge of regulatory compliance. All very functional skills, that are encouraged to be used with the company on-site or in Milton Keynes, or in one of the numerous similar companies in the local area. There's scope to grow further on-site as well. Opportunities in complaints can lead to roles in regulation and Customer Relations, working as a fraud analyst could lead to the lucrative information security market while disputes involves interpretation of regulations and laws. Across the site, there's a variety of shift patterns that can be looked into dependant on circumstances. The site is clean, modern and spacious (An Atrium? Who lives here? Cicero?) with good facilities and in a thriving area for business. It's well situated for those arriving from outside of the city limits or by A45, while buses shuttle - more...
Pros
Facilities cleaned twice daily, Decent internal progression, opportunities to advance to other financial service providers locally or to Milton Keynes site, Decent, varied canteen food, Other desirable amenities;
Cons
The parking situation or, more specifically, the leaving by that route situation.

alright
this is a good job place to work at if you like complaints when agents make errors. they have a high turnover rate and they can be very nice to you if they like you. do not recommend if you like your home life because they provide very unsociable hours to work.
Cons
hours, pay, fairness
