The job itself is fun, and a good experience for those looking to further a career in customer service roles. The people are also friendly, however there is a lot of gossip. The downsides of this job is that they dont accept flexible working requests under most circumstances. The management could also be better organised, although this doesnt affect agents in an unbearable way.

Management bully and abuse staff, those they cannot bully they will get rid of or make their life a hard at the workplace. They stop qualified people from progressing and only let people in the click advance which can put morale down. They will not allow days off for things such as funerals or emergencies or you will be marked down as for absences and receive disciplinary's. They say they are mental health trained but many staff complain and have their mental health affected. The HR department does not really help with anything. The regular staff are very good to work with. The company discretely discriminates against other cultures, they do not like individuality. Many people will tell you not to work here, or stay there. Very biased and unprofessional.

The People are what keep you there
It's not the worst place to work but the people are the only thing that tends to keep you there for so long. It can be stressful work depending on your shifts you could have a social life.

Worst company I have ever worked for
A very poor company with an aggressive management setup. Ideas are not welcome and you are made to feel inferior to senior management while being treated like a robot. Terrible - no surprise that turnover of staff is ridiculously high

Great job, if management like you.
Management have obvious favourites, and if you're not one of them you will find yourself in and out of meetings, disciplinaries and feedback. The actual workers there are lovely, made it as good as it was. They will say they care about mental health and proactively mention this all the time, but in fact they do not care about it unless they have to pay attention to it. Any time off that breaches points regardless of written off medical or whatever will be puniched.

Easy Job but a place where people love to gossip!
The Quality team who mark your calls are badly managed and allowed to get away with purposely finding bad calls to mark so that you get put on PIP if they don’t like you for whatever reason. You basically come andcome and do your work... you expect to make too many friends here. Not many people last longer than 2-3years.

Probably one of the worst call centres I’ve ever worked in
I have been with this company just over 2 years, no matter how hard you work there’s no progression no support unless they like you!
Customers are great it’s management team that let you down, they speak to you like your a piece of dirt. Only interested in hitting kpi’s. No jackets no hoodies no bags & most importantly no phones!

Onsite Parking is the biggest issue.


Managers are so clicky so if one don’t like you than your definitely not going to be liked by any of them.

They seem to get a trill out of randomly giving out disciplinary

taking pictures of new employees and ordering badges, requesting access be removed for leavers, updating spreadsheet, allocating locker keys, reception cover at lunch time, frank outgoing post

stresfull and understaffed
The company is permanently understaffed and management take it out on the agents who they expect to do the work of 3 to 4 people. There is no progression and you will struggle to get more than your starting pay check from them. With no option but to move elsewhere for the progression you are looking for

Hard to Evaluate..
It's a call center job even though they use other "terminologies".I'd only advise you this role for very short term as you have the stress and responsibility of a job which pays twice this. American Business hours can become difficult on a long run (unsociable hours). A lot of things happens on the background, for instance, not everybody is invited for the Christmas party or can use the volunteering hours..

The best place to work in Belfast.
Everybody is friendly and willing to help. Nice environment.

The building is situated by the River Lagan, and it has a great view from each office.

100% recommended.

Very bad workplace. avoid at all costs
Very bad company to work with. They do not respect their staff at all. You are just like a number for them. very bad management. Salary is very poor if you compare them to any other call call centre I would say the lowest. very bad hours. no work and social life balance. Staff turnover is so high that it is almost unbelievable. The only positive thing after working with them is you have something to show on your CV that you worked somewhere.
