Middle management have too much emphasis on figures and never around to ask when help is required (although they know little anyway.)
The culture is very much who you know and if your face doesn't fit, regardless of experience and good work ethic.
Lower graded staff are used by being given loads of tasks out of the job description, would be good - more... if praise or some kind of recognition was given but it's not. Very much feel like a carrot is being dangled in front of you 'it'll be good for your progression'.
