Long, very hard day at work, with very little time to have a break. Management is good, the whole job is hard, tiring, and also physically and mentally draining

It is a well-established Trust. They care for the students a lot as much in both settings: In the school and college and in the houses as it is a boarding school.
There is a lot of training for the staff so we can learn how to manage different situations and understand the student's developments and needs to give them the best care and quality of life. Promoting and giving Independence to the students is always promoted and is in the core of the education and care system.

They take care of the students and of the staff. For the staff, there is always a line manager in touch with the workers who support them.

Material resources are always available to the students in order to give them the best education and care.

Monitoring and record keeping is on the everyday basis and contact and communication with the family.
Pros
Free training
