The current managements I can only describe as Maverick and heavy handed. The hardest part of the job is fending off managementr criticism, but gthe most enjoyable part is working alongside young people with autism, aspergers syndrome and have behavioural issues. They are normally grateful for our input. I have a greta team of support workers around me and I value them, but feel undervalued by senior management.
