3 questions about working at Touch Surgery
We have a flexible working policy which came in this year to help with our work / life balance. Core hours are 10-5 but you can start earlier or later to suit whatever you need to do, eg gym, take kids to school or have a lie in! In addition, you can work from home. Just agree it with your team so they know where you are if they need any help.
Answered by Touch Surgery11 May 2019When you arrive, you'll see most people are in tshirt, jeans and trainers... unless it's summer when it's more likely to be shorts and flipflop mode! Just wear what makes you comfortable in an interview. We wouldn't recommend suit and tie though, we're not that sort of place ;-)
