The hours are good, they are very good Company when you need to change your hours, if you have a good enough reason, I agree with the comment above, about it being a waste of time working on boxing day as I think it's a complete waste of time working Christmas time all together, as it isn't even busy, January is always a very quiet month too.

You'll be guided through the process by your recruiter but we wanted to give you a few hints and tips of things to think about when you're preparing for your interview:

Whether you’re going to be interviewed over the phone or face-to-face, it’s always a good idea to prepare in advance.

Take a look at the job description and think about the kind of things we might want to know in the interview. For example, what skills will you need? Think of real-life examples when you’ve shown these before – either at work, or in your everyday life.

We’ll also want to know why you’re interested in working at Toolstation. Our business is made up of thousands of individuals, with one thing in common - a passion for Toolstation! It's important to us that everyone joining the business is equally as passionate. Think about how you’d answer this – whether it’s just because you enjoy doing DIY, or that the role’s a chance to gain more responsibility. And we’ll ask what you know about the business. So, take a look at our website and find out a bit more about us before your interview.
