Terrible, inept management letting the Service Users down.

The local management has the barest regard for Service Users and NO regard for staff. There is a deep culture of nepotism and it doesn't matter how well you get on with the Service Users, if you are not "'one of them" you will be treated like dirt. With proper management and better pay, this company would be great to work for, but...... Very dispiriting
