Good hours. But you need to start at 4.30am to prepare for opening at 6am. And the store closes at 11. But on occasions you don't leave after midnight due to tidying up.

It will depend on the role you're applying for.
Management is usually 2-3 stages depending upon the seniority of the role.
Team member applications are a 2 stage process, usually one on one interviews but sometimes group assessment days.

Really poor. You cannot have an opinion or challenge anything. If you do you'll be subject to a farce of an investigation which leads to a short service dismissal.
