Assistant Store Manager (Current Employee) – Luton, Bedfordshire – 7 October 2018
The best aspect of working for Three is the the people within Retail. great people promise that encourages development and growth. the benefits are very good also, family and friends, perks at work. if you like working with great people and know the importance of customer experience and commercially drive, Three is for you.
Very competitive and force you to hit targets otherwise you're seen as the "outsider" of the work group.
Customer Advisor (Former Employee) – Dundee, Dundee City – 21 January 2019
Very competitive and force you to hit targets otherwise you're seen as the "outsider" of the work group. Very clique based store and they expect you to learn everything in such a small time frame (week or two) and when you get it wrong, they make sure you know.
Customer Advisor (Current Employee) – Retail – 17 September 2018
Unless you're a favourite of someone higher up, don't expect to progress. This company has a culture of bullying that runs from the top down. Paid less than the industry average to work for a company that doesn't care about you as an individual. You are just a number.
Sales Advisor (Former Employee) – Street – 24 July 2018
Great place to work with excellent benefits, sometimes hard to switch off when finishing as constant what's apps through your evening, free SIM only with unlimited everything along with other great benefits
Being a sales advisor allowed me to come out of my shell. this role made me connect with customers and build relationships with clients by helping them with whatever they needed from their phones and contracts.
Sales Advisor (Former Employee) – Manchester City Centre, Greater Manchester – 2 May 2018
Three like most mobile sales company consists of working and achieving sales and retention targets but not being rewarded financially for it - a mere round of applause that wont pay your bills. Very Poor management and total lack of respect towards employees who are earning their wages. Would not recommend due the fact this is not a sales executive environment more a child's play pen.
pay, stability, management, constant weekend work, lack of progression, no, career path.
Manager (Former Employee) – North East – 8 March 2018
Behind the times with development in the industry. Systems dated and no urgency to fix so you will have days doing nothing waiting for system fix (they don't adjust your targets). Only bothered about new business and not about retaining customers with upgrades. Colleagues don't support your joining the business and help isn't there to develop yourself in the role.
Clean looking stores. Good sim only commercials.
Uniform is awful, colleagues dont like new people, no support, lackadaisical attitude approach.
Customer Service Adviser (Former Employee) – Staines-upon-Thames – 24 January 2018
Worked for the company for 2 years, ended up leaving after being signed off which I was then informed the management were going to fire me upon my return which would be unlawful dismissal - management have favourites and pretend to be your friend
Assistant Manager (Full Time) (Current Employee) – London – 7 January 2018
What I love about three is the company spirit and the team. Everyday is different due to the diverse number of customers that sign up with three. Three has programs to help people learn and develop within the company. Hardest part of the job is achieving bonus money because the targets are quite high sometimes. The most enjoyable part of the job is the interactions with the customers.
New environment every day, great team to work with and the offers as a company are fantastic. They really look after their employees and so do the phone brand leaders.
