Good work life balance
Lots of opportunities if you get into the right project. A lot to learn and grow. Pays decently. Fast-paced deliveries in some of the projects. Overall good.

Very fast paced and decision keep changing constantly.
You will need to be able to think on your feet and be flexible to things changing constantly.

Do not get too attached to your personal work as may need to let it go at short notice.

fun and exciting
Management are organised and well structured.

Training is provided on site and nice to work as part of a small compact team that work together to achieve targets.

Staff gathering were good and all inclusive which is always a bonus.

Employee recognition is high.

Managment (Stressful)
I am so glad I left this company they are shocking to work for mainly the management they don't care about what you have going on in your personal life or how it affects you all they want is for you to do overtime and they put so much pressure on you if your not hittimg targets you have to have a meeting. would I recommend working for three deffo not so that's a big (NO)

stressful
management team are horrible. They always break policy or mis sell in order to reach targets and make bonus. The money is good but its defo not worth it. Always so much pressure being put on you, if you're not selling enough you'll be put on performance support

Fun place to work
I started of as a sales assistant, helping customers to find different phones or tablet deals. It was enjoyable being the first to see all the latest technology that comes out and getting to demo the products to each customer. The hardest part of the job is remembering all the features of the different devices and explaining the benefits to the customers.
Pros
Benefits include, free SIM card
Cons
Must work on weekends or during busy periods

Sales over people, don't fall for it
From assistant managers to regional managers, all of them claim to care about you but as soon as your mental or physical illness acts up they will make you feel like you're the reason for all the store's problems. The systems are outdated and don't work properly, the job is far more complicated and stressful than it should be.
Maybe don't work here if you have mental health problems or a chronic illness. They pretend to care but don't actually do anything to help. Sales over people as always.

Phone sales are a dying breed and the targets kept getting higher as less and less people were walking in and the higher ups haven't got a clue what's going on. Best thing about the job is it's so quiet you can just sit on your phone for most of your shift.

Avoid.

Challenger brand
This is a challenger brand within the telco space. The passion and drive is felt within parts of the organisation whilst others revert to a more traditional telco feel.

Was good, back in the day.
Reviewed as I was the last asm in Bury and the job I’ve just seen is to replace me. Used to be a great place to work, but not any more. Far too much pressure and demands with too much focus on processes instead of putting customers first. Area manageress needs removing as she has zero people skills. Other than that the colleagues around the area are awesome people. Wouldn’t go back if stayed as is currently.

Wolverhampton
Not many benefits with the company, they don’t give overtime also no commission on sales, wouldn’t recommend working there on a part time contract. Pay isn’t good can’t even make up for it through individual sales because they don’t have that 🙃

Great place to work
I thoroughly enjoyed working at Three and would go back again. The only issue and my reason for leaving is the lack of progression as people seem to stay in the same position for a long period of time.

Great
As long as you have the willingness to learn and progress then you will do really well with three. If you have a personality and are passonite about customers and ensuring their needs are met to a high standereds then a job with three will be right up your street. Its fast paced but at the same time it can be alot off fun and there's great bonus and benifits from being a staff member.

Good company to work for progression is based on geographical location. Awful systems to work with on daily basis makes you adaptable though. Good pay

Three - phone company
Frequent restructuring, changing focus, redundancy, having to apply for your job. Lots of work but not always useful, used or appreciated. High level of autonomy - sometimes neglected. Good intentions but still struggling with so much competition. Ambition is not enough.
Pros
Good work life balance
Cons
Uncertainty, insufficient job security

Good Company Ethos but terrible management (bolton)
Great company ethos and great objectives. All about the customers. That being said the Bolton Store manager was one of the worst I have ever come across. She is really forceful and sometimes would speak to people in a very hurtful manner. I understand that the store needs to do well and sales targets need to be met. But the Store manager and assistant manager both females were terrible at people management. Was really excited to start after training but the store management almost bullied some of the staff. She would be on your case at all times and really did not make it feel like a team. Really sad as I liked the company but had to leave due to the amount of disrespect and stress I felt from the store. In addition to that it was not only me but a good few others who joined before and after myself left due to the management.

Being a manager is about leading a team but everyone was really scared of her which is not how it should be at all. Maybe another store is different but I would not recommend the bolt on store.
