Managers are very pushy and fake, same with the area managers. They all have one goal, to make themselves look good and stand out. Even if it means putting all the advisors through unnecessary stress to get there.
I was proud to tell everyone I worked for Three until everyone points out how terrible the network is overall service wise.
They should start being actual managers, do their job properly so customer advisors wouldn’t need to leave in the first place. They honestly don’t care about your well being or value your opinions. I have seen this so many times. Once notice was handed in, they don’t ask why. They just allow it to happen. Employee retention is the worst at Three! If they did their jobs properly and didn’t enforce unnecessary stress on employees then this would prevent them to leave
