I learned how not to trust people. No central support from so called Head Quarters who are so out of touch with their subsidiaries and lack to support management in those areas from top down to support worker. Good for clients or people supported. The hardest part of the job is being recognised and having a good idea or opinion being respected or even listened to. Enjoyable part was leaving this company well behind and thankfully finding a company in the same industry with some element of savy. Workplace culture is backstabbing, undermining and undervalued of its staff and subsidiaries. Senior managers and founders so out of touch. STAY WELL CLEAR.
