Support Worker (Former Employee) – East Midlands – 20 September 2016
What can I say apart from the management from team coordinater community support leader and manager all go out socially. I didn't feel I could speak about my concerns over the management. Forever putting you on long days while others get the shifts they want. Offer other staff guaranteed senior positions by having fake interviews when they already have the person picked before interviews. There not interested in you reporting people who are lazy. No job satisfaction
I think sleeps could be shared out more equally amongst staff. I also think that drivers should be paid an extra 50p per hour, this would help with wear and tear to ones vehicle but also would encourage other drivers as we have a lot of drivers who will not use there own car for work.
Friendly team + understanding managers. Long hours at times. With limited things to do to keep yourself busy on the shift. It's a great little job if you want a stress free job which isn't too active
