No leadership, no rotas, no support & management on all levels don't seem to care.

Managers are young should not be given roles if they blow every policy there possibly is, do not train staff at all, are clueless, selfish little girls whom thrive on their status , i would so like to see their management training certifications, in all levels of what would be expected for that specific role, people skills non-exsistant, training staff non existant, lies to cover up errors existant, they should be thoroughly investigated, from what I have seen makes me feel sad they think they know it all, well time comes to all at some point, disgusting people keep well away, makes me sad that my poor friend is too nice to say no, long long shifts, management do this and run her into the ground because although a great young woman, great support worker, but a great target for management in the south east region, staff such as my poor friend are bullied into this because they too nice to say no, and think by doing all these hours some employee of the month certificate awarded for their excellent work, rubbish bully tactics for the vulnerable support workers whom are new to the role needs addressing

Being treated like an idiot. Think Management go on a course to learn how to manipulate, bully and excel in Nepotism as regards managing staff. Lucky if you find a few that don't.

Question how staff members who are in Senior positions continue to be employed when they have no people skills, think they know better than the medical specialists and are full of hot air. Do a review of historical bullies who are protected by friends in high places and complaints are badly handled so there's no proper record. Sickness levels are high because people can't face working a shift with them or they're exhausted. High turnover of staff with few completing a year as the 'vision' is so far from the reality.

Terrible management, work you to the bone covering there own hours in order not too work, are inexperienced youngsters whom need a swoop from CQC to shape up there policies procedures and training which is complete rubbish, they even tell you if on shift and someone goes sick that it's your job to cover it, rubbish it's management and not support workers, they cannot be bothered just like the power happy name tag of being a manager, clueless, rude, inexperienced, and bully's do not work for this shambles of company that have a cheek to say are a care package provider the branch I worked for I loved my job but was lied about and sacked as I pulled a manager on a potential issue which I was later bullied for and sacked, how bad is that, I feel sorry for girls I looked after as the turn around of staff says it all really, when good staff with experience more than management are in employment , they are soon sacked or bullied out.

They'd have you working 24 hrs 7 days a week if they could. Mix of long shifts, short shifts and sleeps. If you have the misfortune of working where they do waking nights, say goodbye to any home life you have.
