Not dealing with the bullying of staff appropriately and being made to feel it's your own fault. Issues not addressed or treated seriously.

Although the people you support can be challenging it's the Management that are the biggest challenge!
The other challenge that needs to be addressed is the questionable training. If you go elsewhere they would question your knowledge and ability straight away.

Terrible, continuous cover ups of meds errors, bullying and bad support plans. They are all in each other's pockets and that's how it's run.
Really needs a major overhaul from the Ops Manager to the majority of CSL's.
