Thera is a national charity which has operated for over 17 years, supporting people with a learning disability with a diverse range of needs.
Since Thera was first set up in 1998 we have grown from supporting 5 people in Cambridgeshire in their own home to providing a range of support across the UK for over 2,100 people.

Wonderful clients to support- poor company to work for
After 4 years of continuous service, I left to pursue other things.
The clients you support are tough, but lovely- it is very rewarding to support them, great support from family too.
The company on the other hand? Ridiculous.
Promotions were passed onto favourites without Giving other staff members the opportunity.
