Awful / Crazy Owner
Server (Former Employee) –  Pickering, North Yorkshire29 October 2018
it was a nice place to work at the start with but the owner acts strange and has bi-polar moods

customers are mostly nice but many come on the train for only a hour and assume its just going to be a cheap pub they often complain its over priced

Hotel enviroment
Head receptionist (Former Employee) –  Alnwick28 May 2016
My work involved all parts of hotel reception work and the training of new staff.
The duty managers and hotel managers were changed constantly but it was always good to be able to work for all of them. The hardest part of my job was the hours of work as sometime you had to help out in the function bar if short staffed. The staff worked as a team and we had fantastic nights out together too.
Pros
Fun enviroment
Cons
Long hours low pay
