Long hours, often short staff, no enhanced payment for unsociable hours, good training, often limited break times when running short staff.. Low pay for level of responsibility. No overtime enhancement, all hours are paid at same rate, No A/l during festive period. Very demanding job but can be very rewarding when service users achieve goals.
