Definitely a unique experience. Ways of working are some what behind the times. Staff were great to work with, but be prepared for long hours and short breaks (if you get them). Not suited for family commitments, working on a one week rota does not suit everyone. If you are a student or single, and don't have any commitments then maybe suited to you. If you have children or looking after family members...the company comes first.
Wages don't reflect work that is expected from job role. Good bonus for staff of you are supervisor or colleague...if your a manager you will never see it.
Long hours, not suited for family commitments
