I would fire the current catering manager at Dudley Zoo as well as Amadeus for a whole and let a better company take charge of the NEC Group, as well hire management who know what there doing and how to look after there staff properly instead of thinking about the favourites all the time.

0 hour contract, starting between 10am and 12pm, mostly 4 hour shifts, unless it's the favourites who they only keep on til the end of the day. If evening events are on, they expect you to work the day shift as well as the evening shift with no break in between.
