Great Company but Say Goodbye to Social Life
Bar/waiting staff (Current Employee) –  Redhill, ENG18 June 2014
Typical day at work mainly involves getting on with the cleaning as well as serving customers on the bar and restaurant.
Working there taught me to be a lot more confident in customer facing roles.
The management is very good and handles it's stock carefully, caters to customer needs, keeps things varied and the management also have fantastic relationships with their customers and staff.
Co-workers are probably my favourite thing about working there. It's always daunting when you have to do a shift solo and the colleagues are a great bunch of people who give you a morale boost for your day.
Telling drunk people they cannot have a drink is definitely the most difficult part of the job!
Pros
Free food when working a double shift
Cons
Unsociable and inconsistent hours
