Making and preparing food was my main responsibility as I would have to make sure it got out on time for the customers and in the correct order. I would start taking orders at the front of the shop when it was getting too busy for the Manage to be able to do on her own.
I learnt time management and how to make sure people were served in ordered and no one was kept waiting. The most enjoyable part of the job was when I was rushed off my feet, it is much better than standing around and doing nothing.
