Not having a break and feeling like you're going to get into trouble for asking for one after incidents! Some service users really abusive and its draining for staff mental health and this isnt dealt with

Short Staffed so staff running around trying to get everything done and clients don't get attention they needs. Sessions often missed due to lack of staff and paper work not always completed. Unnecessary paper work given out by management- meaning staff have even less time with clients and that paper work is often not chased up on.
Policies and procedures often not followed and management don't listen to staff.
Confidentiality often broken as gossip is everywhere.
