Lovely team & service users - rubbish management and structure
Written by Support Worker (Former Employee) from East Sussex on 4 October 2018
It took me weeks and weeks to get started as they took so long getting back to me & I needed to call them up and chase them many times.
After giving me a specific position and contract after an interview a few weeks later they said I could no longer have that and that I would either have to change to a position that required me to work every weekend - more... or go on bank. I moved to bank as I was unable to work every weekend due to other work commitments (they knew this in the interview and that was fine beforehand)

Other members of my team were let down by management as well and our shifts were ... - less
Proshelping people, making strong connections to colleagues and service users
Conspoor management, lack of communication, not supported as a member of staff
