The general environment is a fun place to work and whilst working in the front of house department there are opportunities to gain sociable skills and skills to develop in the hospitality industry.

Knowledgeable, great owner, fun.
Front of House Manager (Current Employee) –  Abersoch, Gwynedd10 February 2017
Typical nights work would be making sure everywhere is clean and tidy, welcome the customers with a big smile. Serve delicious food and drink. Look after the staff. Give a great service so everyone leaves thouroughly enjoyed. Clean down in the kitchen. Then set up for following night.
Write a wine count.
Check food.
Make an order.
You learn all about the different dishes and ingredients. Which beverage compliments the food. How to work in a fine dining restaurant. Be polite, friendly and confident.
Hardest past of the job is trying to please everyone.
Most enjoyable is seeing customers happy, and leaving good feedback.
Get to try the food.
Working with great people.

Great learning experience.
Kitchen Assistant (Former Employee) –  Hersham4 November 2016
The Dining Room has now sadly closed down. It was a great learning experience!

It allowed me to learn new skills every working day - this could be how to cut certain foods properly or how to create a new desert.

Waitress (Current Employee) –  Ashbourne23 May 2012
I have worked at this high quality restaurant for a long period of time, and in this time I have learnt how to work to a high standard of professionalism and restaurant manner, I work front of house and take pride in delivering a more than satisfying service to the customers to ensure they enjoy their visit. From this I have maintained a very polite and positive attitude towards customers, also learning how to respond to challenging customer queries.
