A typical day would start at 9am-11pm, you get in and clean the restaurant toilets making sure everything is presentable and in order. Fresh Groceries, seasonings and meats will need to be brought into the walk in fridge (which my also have to be cleaned).
As the day starts you may have to prep veg and other side dishes along with the chefs.
Management are very friendly, but this can quickly turn if hard work is not being produced.
The hardest part of the job was at busy times, they was no time for slacking, one the restaurant busy its 100% efficiency in the kitchen.
