300 year old puplic house keeping liks to the fishing community that used to be in Manningtree.the landlord is of a required taste, the managment and other staff are frendly and helpful. The food is of generous proportion, well presented and value for money.

it is a wonderful atmosphere in the workplace at this hotel. the staff help you out in any way they can and they are immediately your friends. I didn't want to leave work.

Every day I need to preper the breakfast for the hotel guests. Preper the hot and cold breakfast. Very good place to work I really enjoyed this job.Throw all this years I learn every department.

a fast paced restaurant in the centre of a busy city, management skills put to the test and developed over a long stay, perks of the job were a decent fun friendly outgoing team full of hard workers who wanted to achieve bonus! downside was the long UN-sociable hours

the hours were long and uniform isnt provided breaks were decent but not very long minimum wage for allot of running around collecting glasses and clearing tables.

While working there I gained so many new skills from the range of jobs that you can do at the hotel, all the staff are so nice that it felt like a big family every time I came to work and they get on with their job well but they also know how to make it fun!

A typical day here was quick pacing and your always on yours toes. I learned that you cant just stand there, you have to be on your feet all the time and time goes by.

Hotel is great and some of the staff are brilliant especially kitchen staff but management and people in power are not good to work for.
You're expected to work twice as hard as them because you're below them

I love it when the restaurant is busy as there is a great vibe. working In a hotel with over 70 rooms, theres always work to be done. The management are lovley. my time there so far ive learnt how to run a team how to work under pressure. ive loved my time there.
