How did you feel about telling people you worked at The Best Connection Employment Group?
Flexibility, reliability, variation of job roles, competitive pay rates to name a few reasons :)
What was the most challenging part of your role at The Best Connection Employment Group?
Having to chase your pitiful wages when they aren’t paid correctly is soul destroying. The Coventry branch aren’t interested in your well being or if the job suits you. Look elsewhere is my advice.
What questions did they ask during your interview at The Best Connection Employment Group?
You will be asked about your work history/experience and what work you'd like us to try and place you in.
How does someone get hired at The Best Connection Employment Group? What are the steps along the way?
If you wanted to work in one of our branches, you would have a brief conversation on the phone, be asked to fill in an application form and there would be 2 interviews which include numeracy tests and work sample tests. If you would like temp work, you would have a pre-screen phone call with your local branch who would then book you a time to come in and register for work. You would be asked to fill in an application form and numeracy and literacy tests then you will have an interview with one of the consultants where you would discuss your past work experience and what you'd like to do going forward.
How do you feel about going to work at The Best Connection Employment Group each day?
I felt a complete failure. Poor wages and no future at most dumps I was sent too. This was the Coventry office.
