Management was good, and placed me in a role where I could develop skills and learn new things.
A typical day was 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
Once I was there long enough, I was given my own shift and worked independently, taking on the roles and responsibilities of someone who had been there far longer. I even had the opportunity to train new workers - more ... who were with the same agency as me. The management at Rigi systems saw that I could thrive and gave me the opportunity to improve. This was what I enjoyed about the job most. - less
