Very challenging. Little support from management.

Always on the go, no respite from young people. Undermining from senior staff.
High staff turnover especially in Lancashire.

Great food, decent pay makes up for risk of being harmed and putting yourself at risk

Really Rewarding
Support Worker (Current Employee) –  Meldreth, Cambridgeshire20 September 2017
A really rewarding place to work, dedicated support and investment from the company. The company has really invested in our place of work and provided new facilities, better places to work and better tools and resources to support the children.
Pros
Pension, other benefits, paid holiday.
