Social care is a sector that never sleeps. Poeple require care 24/7 365 days a year. Becuase of this we must ensure that we provide our clients with the care they need. The hours therefore vary depending on the care our clients need. Of course our staff do have a choice and preference on the hours they wish to work, and in most cases we will be able to accommodate this, however there are times when we do ask and expect our staff to be flexible at those times of year when care becomes challenging. Luckily we have wonderful staff that are usually more than happy to help. If your hours are not right for you, please always speak to your manager.

Happy to praise this company for the outstanding way they manage and care for others
Our live-in care professionals are paid depending on the level of need of the client they are supporting. Generally a client with a higher and more complex level of care will be paid higher than a client with lower care needs. The pay structures are bespoke and reflect the placements our staff are in.
