To be honest, it's easy as anything to get a job with Tesco.
I got offered the job on the spot, and I was arranging my induction with the Store Manager a couple days after the interview.

The basic hours are 3 hours and 45 minutes for each shift. There is always overtime if you want it. Mangers at Tesco and I'm sure in other retail companies will always influence you to do overtime.
