I work for costco, but I'm relocating to lowestoft Norwich. I've worked for costco for 8 yrs. I received at 4,000 bonus after 6yrs. And do so every yr after. Maybe that's the incentive management need to consider to keep staff. I started at 6.85 per hr. Now earn 12.20 per hr working as cashier. Although deal with serious cash. Plus we stand all day. Am I willing to change role to be with granddaughters . Easy yes
