Seemed like my dream job and a job that would see me into retirement, but over the last two years there has been a shift in the way people are being treated. You are expected to always be on call, even when on holiday. Dealing with internal departments has been a nightmare too and a "Them and Us" culture is starting to develop.
Everything is becoming impersonal and i'm starting to feel like a number rather than a valued employee.
