What would you suggest Teleperformance management do to prevent others from leaving?
Pay for performance there’s a lot of offline time for favourites set up a bonus scheme for those who actually do the work the ability to earn more for exceeding targets would encourage the lazy work shy waste of wages agents to actually do the work their paid to do other than that it has the potential of being a fantastic place to work
But joke over shifts! You could finish 8pm back in 8am!
One week 10/7 and 11/8. You do not get paid for 30 mins lunch or your 2 x15 min breaks!
Mon friday training 2 weeks
1 hour Dinners (😉)
Shopfloor you get your hours inc sat or Sundays half hour dinner 20 min breaks
Why is there such a high turnover of staff? They've rung me twice to try and get me to a group interview, but. they sound awful.
They are awful. The managers are terrible and the working conditions are beyond belief.
Don’t expect to be treated as anything but a number.
The job is so bad I’ve actually had to post here warming people.
First come first served for holiday, only closed on Christmas Day although i think at one point Christmas Day was voluntary for extra money
What is the paid holiday policy like at Teleperformance? How many days do you get per year?
Hard to say as it’s worked out in hours. All bank holidays are automatically taken from holiday allowance which it’s nice to have a long weekend but I feel the option for this to be unpaid should be given.
