Working on a rota that involves night shift but doesn't pay for unsociable hours isn't ideal but the work load isn't massive.

The work involved, is more call center driven rather than providing IT support to end users. We provide support to end users but based on our quality feedback. They have an approach which tends to lead towards having you get the users off as soon as possible rather than trying to solve the issue with the user or getting as much information as you can from the client to find a resolution.

responded to tickets regarding failed orders in broadband provision. Work became difficult due to terrible planning and poor management which often resulted in system failures and backlogs. Most enjoyable aspect was satisfaction in helping people.

A place riddled with internal issues

This was a very poor place to work. There were countless technical issues with phones and computers. There was also an incredibly large turnover in staff as a result of poor management and a bad product.

Rewarding work but bad management

The work was very satisfying, helping customers out in the best way possible but the internal structure of the company left a lot to be desired. The co-workers were all very pleasant but all suffered the same issues dealing with higher ups, it made for a very mixed feeling about the company.

• Conducting Test Case / Test readiness Review meetings for effective implementation of the tests.
• Integration testing, system testing, regression, user acceptance testing & ORT.
• Performing rigorous black Box testing.
• Metrics Generation for Process improvement.
• Guiding and mentoring Test Team technically as well as product knowledge wise.
• Carrying peer review of test specs.
• Early involvement in reviews for requirement analysis.
 Leading BT Mobility test team (E2E).
 Defect management Lead (E2E).
 Issuing and presenting the Test plan to the stakeholders and getting a sign off from them.
 Preparing Test Exit report for the release and getting signoff from all the stake holders arranging Quality gate call
 Arranging triage calls with the development/environment team to understand the outstanding issue and ensuring environment is available for e2e test.
 Preparing and presenting QG Checklist to the stakeholders and ensuring all the criteria’s are met from e2e test perspective and getting a sign off.
 Daily Status and Vendor meetings to report test progress and discuss other issues like Schedule, adherence to Quality, scope of testing, etc.
 Handling a team of 5 people - tracking their progress & allocating daily tasks to them.
 Reviewing the Test scripts against the scope of testing and issuing it to the Business
