The company CEO's and higher team should listen to their employees instead of overlooking them and looking up to their pathetic regional and general managers for answers as to why people are leaving when the majority of time it is because of them. They should understand that it is the individuals who have worked from the lowest ends of the business i.e. hosts/FOH/track marshals and duty managers who have seen everything that goes on daily and what the real problems are. Why not ask the staff that have left as to why they have left? Ask them all and the guaranteed highest answer will be because of their track managers. Hire managment who are willing to be leaders and not bosses. Allow there employees to feel like they are part of something bigger.

Yes however if you have previously shown undesirable characteristics as a customer then the you will probably not be given the job. These include: being argumentative, poor communication, a sense of entitlement or just being an unpleasant customer this will lead the staff members to believe that you will be difficult to work with. However if the staff has had no repeat problems with you then you will probably be preferred over a non-go karting enthusiast

It's really straight forward actually they give you a number of days for your trail you come in and they show you what to do the first time and then you do it but if you don't remember then that's fine they will show you again they prefer you to keep asking other than get something wrong.
