What advice would you give the CEO of TaxAssist Accountants about how to improve it?
Tax Assist is very much all about the francise owners. And not about the staff of the francises. My boss once admitted that the best way is to get skilled staff that are happy to work for less. Your business model of 33% expenses should be for office maintenane/software, 33% for staff wages, and 33% all for the 1 directors wage clearly does not work. There is no career progression and eventually feel like the owners are using sales man tactics on their own staff to stay instead of just upping wages and appreciating them. Without the underpaid staff, the francise owners wouldnt even be successful.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make TaxAssist Accountants a better place to work?
Talking to clients and assisting them with there tax problems
