can be tough

My particular dealership was an enjoyable place to work, until the master tech and aftersales manager would fight for superiority.
This caused a hostile atmosphere and sometimes ruined the day.
Organisation was poor due to a reactive management style.

Great place to work for with great people. Commission can be amazing and awful, but that is the joys of sales, right?

Only down side, which is a big one, if the working days off and not having many days off to begin with. Really not great if you have a family.
