not the best people to work for never know if your working or not had to wait for texts letting you nknow if your working or not sometimes as late as 12 midnight

Badly organised

It's a battle every day if you get work that is, just as well be jobless. It's all take and no give here. Everything is last minute and your expected to drop everything and jump to what they want. Very high turnover of staff. You don't get paid correctly and it takes weeks to sort out.

long shifts - favouritism in despatching better routes to friends
multi-drop van driver (Current Employee) –  Burton-On-Trent2 April 2018
Bad route planning so that routes were planned longer than the 10 hour shift should have been resulting in 12-13 hrs shifts but drivers are only paid for 10 hrs

Flexible and relable

Phone call screening- was flowing and friendly

Interview- was nice and easy made me feel welcome

Work life balance- Office environment is amazing and we have plenty of motivation if we need to push to achieve our goals.
That kind of puts the long hours in the aback ground. On the contrary, if I have a time off request they are very flexible.

The most enjoyable part is - travel and meet clients and team member nationwide.
