Pretty average. The name of the client I worked for is cool, but when you're treated horribly its more bittersweet than anything else
Group Assessment via Zoom (Skype-like service) and takes abut 2hrs. Introduction on the company. In random order: An activity where you'll be typing out an email to a fictive customer. Meeting everyone in the group and asking each other two questions each. Interaction with your conversation partner is key here! Finally, you'll have a 1-2-1 with your personal interviewer. All through Zoom and in the comfort of your own home!
What would you suggest Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated management do to prevent others from leaving?
Follow through on promises. Encourage applying for jobs in other departments. More open & honest dialogue, even if it might not be positive (as long as it is constructive & not critical for the sake of it).
The management team in general needs to improve. The physical office environment is excellent for a call centre though.
