They tell you there are benefits and bonus schemes but neither are true. There was a benefit scheme that was really bad and difficult to use.

Management think they can push you around and you just take it, start quoting employment law and how often they break it and how little they know and you then get accused of bullying your manager! Pathetic.

My most challenging part of my role is working along side members of staff that aren't willing to put the effort in and you have to pick up all the slack whilst they sit back and "relax"
