They asked me about myself first of all which made me feel like the company took a genuine interest in me as an individual, the interviewer also asked about my hobbies which helped them understand why I felt suitable to apply for this line of work.
During my interview I was asked to provide proof of identity and qualifications as I had little experience in support working, however through the interview they understood the circumstances that led to me not having a lot of experience including my age at the time.
I was thrilled that my eagerness to learn and bring my best to the company was recognised and resulted in being offered an opportunity to work for this wonderful company.
Total waste of time, upper management treat staff with contempt and don’t pay the wage they should, also don’t honour contracts or holidays.
The interview process at Swanstaff was wonderful even though the branch office is based in Ipswich they contacted me personally by finding my CV here on indeed and organised an interview in my home town an hour and half rom their branch. I was impressed with the interest they shown and competency to provide me training in a short amount of time in order to send me out to represent them as a whole.
The interviewer worked with my current skills and enthusiasm to learn and progress in the company even though I had no previous work experience.
