This organisation needs to be questioned on how it treats its employers. Higher the management more dubious they are, and its questionable how they conduct themselves. I would never recommend this place.

Temporary or fixed term contract employee's to become permanent after a year.

Change the sickness policy.
Offer more support to staff and give management proper people training.
