Hours are not consistent. Constantly changing and always asked to do extra, even on the day. One week you will have 8hours the next you could have 26. Rotas are always changed without being notified by management resulting to people not turning up or coming in at the wrong time.
Put it this way they don't think twice about phoning you up on your days or weekend any time day or night or if your a Driver even if you have worked your maximum break they can and do get around that but not in favour of the driver's I left because I will not break the law .
If you are going to superdrug for a job forget it . they don't care about you as a Driver . Wharehouse . Shunter . personal.
Early finish every Friday for obvious reasons
Long and very hard shifts . and since another Agency took over in 2017 expect to be laid of after buisy season as finished or when superdrug employees have finished there holidays .
Depends on contract but they can swap and change your shift at short notice no Rotas meaning you have no life outside
