They make you stand in a room with 2 other candidates there are 3 judges and you have to sell them a membership and a product without being told any information, it was rediculous. Then you are taken to a room and asked a silly amount of questions which do my surprise I answered really well, despite having an unfriendly interviewer who looks down on you.. and after all that I was unsuccessful even tho ive been working for the past 5 years in customer related jobs.. don’t waste your time, not worth all the hassle with such a little paid job!

Online application
Then video interview for Managers
Then a phone interview from HR.
They then call you back & arrange an interview date which is suitable for you & the Area Manager.
Long winded.
But once you have a face too face interview.
I was offered it within a week.

So all in all around 3 weeks.

Absolutely ridiculous, you’re assessed on how you would change the shop and asked a silly amount of questions. You’re also asked to wear black so you can go on the shop floor.. which is a lot of pressure, ezpecially if you’re applying for the job at a young age.
