webcam interview seemed pointless but ok
in store, interview seemed very welcoming and encouraging
but then after being promised a reply for either an acceptance or a decline I heard NOTHING back even after I called and emailed them myself i find it quite rude would have at least liked to be told that i wasn't successful but any way i have a different job now next door come in for a cuppa when ur free boss lady
You can answer some questions incorrectly and get slapped really hard
Shambles if you have a pulse then your in doesn't matter if you are Qualified for that job or not

Know your KPIS and have examples of when you achieved outstanding results.
A page per question. So they expect you to give detail & elaborate.
Do your research, mystery shop the store.
Be prepared & you'll do great.

Incredibly easy, no problems at all. You'll get asked a few questions about why you want to work at Superdrug and what your favourite products are etc. You then might be given this weeks Star Buy (good item on sale that the store want to publicise) to try and sell to as many people as you can. Nothing to worry about, they're looking for good customer communication over how much you sell.
