They make you stand in a room with 2 other candidates there are 3 judges and you have to sell them a membership and a product without being told any information, it was rediculous. Then you are taken to a room and asked a silly amount of questions which do my surprise I answered really well, despite having an unfriendly interviewer who looks down on you.. and after all that I was unsuccessful even tho ive been working for the past 5 years in customer related jobs.. don’t waste your time, not worth all the hassle with such a little paid job!

Hours are not consistent. Constantly changing and always asked to do extra, even on the day. One week you will have 8hours the next you could have 26. Rotas are always changed without being notified by management resulting to people not turning up or coming in at the wrong time.
