What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing?
To learn the company values and how it works. Also to have a some experience within care. Also to be caring and emphatic towards residents. To learn basic skills and care requirements for burns, if someone falls, food hygiene, basic life saving skills and common sense with basic life issues. Make notes and try and learn anything which you may not remember.

Variety of shifts and flexible working hours. I always feel welcome in the office
