Loader/Yard Staff (Former Employee) –  Warwickshire12 February 2019
W sumie w porządku, można się ze wszystkimi dogadać, spokojna atmosfera i mili współpracownicy. Management na poziomie, interesują się potrzebami niższych rangą pracowników.

Nice work place
HGV Driver (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London6 February 2019
Like people and character of my work. Used to the place as it is very interesting and demanding in skills. Campany is well run and maintained. There is always something you can learn everyday even in the place you think you know very well.

Worst place I've ever worked.
Management have little or no knowledge of the job and current ways in which things should be done end up in arguments with them over work constantly.
Health and safety is a joke
Company stuck in the past. Money is poor.
Avoid at all costs
Pros
Overtime was available

Good company
Drivers Mate/Labourer (Former Employee) –  Cornwall21 November 2018
Really good company to work for, plenty of hours and overtime if you want it, good progession throughout the company with pay rises, if you don't drive it's not too important but would be a big advantage in this company.

Panel Wireman (Former Employee) –  Glasgow, Glasgow11 November 2018
Over worked under paid, health and safety nightmare.
Bring up any concerns to management and you will be terminated, happened to 2 full departments while I was there. So glad to be away.
The company is that bad that they have to post for jobs under a different name as it's that poor, should tell you everything you need to know

Frustrating organisation
Team Leader (Former Employee) –  London16 October 2018
Terrible middle management,it’s a shame the top brass doesn’t really know what’s going on on the ground. The middle management do the opposite of what the organisation stands for.You cannot afford to be ambitious at suez especially if you are a person of colour.Your effort is never valued. For you to go up you have to be a grass and not a progressive worker.Refrain from that unethical company unless you are desperate

Recycling operative (Former Employee) –  Devon28 September 2018
Low pay , managment will get rid of you if you dare to have an opinion that they don't like.just recently they had a staff cull at their tavistock recycling site .the pay is not worth the agrevation you get off public and management not supporting you when public make complaints against you .avoid Suez like the plague.
Pros
Good laughs with blokes at ground level.
Cons
Low pay

Contracts Coordinator
Contracts Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Consett, Durham30 August 2018
Horrible place to work, staff are nice in certain departments but complain all the time about people in other departments.

They dont train employees up properly and the best part of the day is going home. Terrible rota in all departments and no one knows what theyre doing pretty much all of the time.

Avoid working there at all its not worth the money and they often mispay you. Honestly not worth the time or effort.
Pros
Tab breaks and going home
Cons
Horrible hours, no benefits, bad pay and boring

Operator (Former Employee) –  Portsmouth, Hampshire15 August 2018
Attitude towards employees is very cold and uncaring. As long as you're doing what they say then all is well but the moment you have a problem then they'll drop you like a stone without blinking an eye or offering help. Very disappointing company
Pros
Not working for them
Cons
To many to mention
